Refund policy

At Céleste, every product is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the delicate and personal cosmetic nature of our catalog, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product integrity and safety for all customers.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review all details for accuracy prior to completing your purchase.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase 
  • Be unopened and unused 
  • Remain in their original, sealed packaging 
  • Be in the same condition as received

For quality control and hygiene reasons, opened products are not eligible for return.

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If approved, an $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label. No fee will be charged if you arrange and pay for return shipping yourself.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted if a return label is provided to you.

Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before you see the refund reflected within your account after we've processed it.

DAMAGED AND/OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

DELIVERY ISSUES + RESPONSIBILITY

If the carrier fails to deliver your package, please contact us at service@savorceleste.com for assistance. These instances include a failure to routinely update tracking information and provide delivery confirmation. 

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. Additionally, we aren't liable for delivery issued caused by the provision of inaccurate information at checkout.

For added security, we recommend selecting signature confirmation or carrier hold services when available.

EXCEPTIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened product, sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product than what you ordered, please place a new order after your return is complete. 

EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
