Céleste is a niche, artisanal fragrance house born from a passionate perfumer’s lifelong devotion to experiencing the world through scent.

I received my first perfume at seven years old, a gift from my mother, and I instantly fell in love with the whimsical world of fragrance. I couldn't get enough of smelling delicious — and by adolescence, my fascination had become insatiable. I spent every spare dollar on fragranced products, from cheap, cloying drugstore body sprays to high-end designer perfumes to niche blends from indie makers. My personal love of the product inevitably led to a burning curiosity about the craftsmanship behind it, and there began my journey as an olfactive artist.

I was born with sensitive skin, fragile sinuses, and a handful of chronic immune conditions that only became more pronounced with age. So many of the fragrances I loved, I simply couldn't wear without an adverse reaction. That limitation became my education: I began studying how to formulate fragranced products with greater care and intention, first through simple body care made with premade fragrance oils, and eventually through original perfume compositions developed from scratch using the finest raw materials. After years of practice and receiving enthusiastic feedback from my small group of tester clients, I decided to bring my creations to market, and Céleste came to fruition.

I believe smell is our most powerful sense. It adds color and flavor to our lives and becomes inextricably woven into the way we remember. Fragrance, to me, is more than an aesthetic product — it brings people together, emboldens the spirit, and enlivens the senses. Each blend I create is my attempt to capture the depth of what aromatherapy means to me, and I hope you're able to find your signature scent in a piece of my olfactive artwork.
