HOW AND WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our products are small-batch manufactured in the United States.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ETHICALLY SOURCED AND FORMULATED?
Yes. We source fair trade whenever possible; we do not participate in animal testing, nor do our suppliers.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Some products are vegan, but others may contain animal byproducts (e.g., honey). Comprehensive ingredients lists are provided for every product.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Shelf life varies by product and a respective timeline can be found on each product page. Since we make everything as you order order, the countdown begins the day your items arrive.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
Yes, samples are available for purchase. You can explore our entire fragrance collection with our Discovery Set or choose individual samples to suit your preferences.
I AM SENSITIVE TO FRAGRANCE. ARE YOUR PERFUMES FREE OF ALLERGENS?
Our fragrances are crafted using high-quality materials and adhere strictly to IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines. We do not incorporate any known toxic substances in our blends. However, it's important to note that many ingredients, including those of botanical origin, can still be considered allergens depending on individual sensitivities. Because everyone's skin is different, we highly recommend purchasing a sample and performing a patch test prior to applying any of our products more broadly.
HOW DO I GET THE BEST WEAR OUT OF MY PERFUME?
For optimal longevity and projection, always apply perfume to clean, thoroughly moisturised skin. Focus on applying the fragrance to your pulse points, such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears. Avoid rubbing the perfume in, as this can alter how the fragrance develops and reduce its staying power. For added projection, lightly mist your clothing from a distance (avoid doing so to delicate fabrics).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and offer accelerated checkout options for a faster shopping experience..
CAN I COMBINE DISCOUNTS? CAN A DISCOUNT BE APPLIED AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT?
One discount per order. Must be applied before checkout, no exceptions. Discounts do not apply to e-gift cards.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL?
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. Still can't find it? Contact our customer service with your full name and billing address so we can verify your order and resend the confirmation.
I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER, CAN I EDIT IT? CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed. However, you may request a return within 10 business days (14 calendar days) of delivery for a full refund.
I PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN THEY BE COMBINED AND SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
Combining orders into one shipment is at the discretion of our fulfillment team. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders placed Monday through Friday are fulfilled within 3-5 business days (excludes preorders, periods of high order volume and federal holidays) from the date of purchase.
During high-volume periods such as seasonal sales and new product releases, order processing may take up to 10 business days.
For preorder items, an estimated ship date will be provided at the time of purchase.
WHAT PACKAGE DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
All orders are shipped via UPS® Ground at a flat rate of $10.95. If you'd like signature confirmation service for added delivery security, the total cost with the add-on is $14.95. Orders totaling $250+ USD are shipped free with signature confirmation at no additional cost.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED, WHAT CAN I DO?
It is important to note that we have access to the same tracking information as you. We do not have access to any additional information and will not contact the carrier on your behalf unless your package is received damaged. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier for clarification and further assistance. If your package hasn’t updated or been marked delivered after 10 business days domestically (20 business days internationally), contact us within 30 days of dispatch to request a refund or replacement.
MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
We are not liable for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error and will not issue refunds. If the package is returned to sender, we can reship it for a $10 fee once the correct address is provided.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING/WAS STOLEN, WHAT CAN I DO?
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked delivered. If your package is missing, contact the carrier & file a claim using your tracking number. We offer signature confirmation shipping options for an additional fee to ensure the safety of your package. Our carrier UPS® offers a free service in which packages can be held for pickup at a store nearby to you. If you choose to decline these options, you assume full responsibility for your package after it is marked delivered.
MY PRODUCTS ARRIVED DAMAGED/I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT... WHAT CAN I DO?
Please email our customer service within 10 business days of delivery, including photos of the error or damage. We’ll be happy to assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements after 10 business days.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. However, only unopened and unused products are eligible for return. As a small, artisan business specializing in handmade cosmetics, we are unable to offer a money-back guarantee. We encourage customers to try our sample sizes prior to purchasing full-size items.

CAN THESE PRODUCTS BE USED BY PREGNANT WOMEN/CHILDREN?
Please consult your obstetrician and/or pediatrician before use to ensure the products are safe for you. As with any cosmetic product, review the ingredients listing to check for contraindications and/or allergens that could cause an adverse reaction.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL RETAIL LOCATION?
Not yet! As of now, products can only be purchased online. We'll keep customers updated on any retail locations in the future.
