DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Yes, samples are available for purchase. Our Discovery Set allows you to experience the artistry of our complete fragrance collection (excluding limited-release scents), or you may select individual samples to explore the scents that resonate with you personally.

I AM SENSITIVE TO FRAGRANCE. ARE YOUR PERFUMES FREE OF ALLERGENS?

Our fragrances are crafted with high-quality materials and adhere strictly to IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines. While we do not use any known toxic substances in our formulations, it's important to note that many fragrance ingredients, including those derived from botanical sources, may still be considered allergens for some individuals.

Because sensitivities vary from person to person, we recommend trying a sample first and performing a patch test prior to applying the fragrance more broadly.

HOW DO I GET THE BEST WEAR OUT OF MY PERFUME?

For optimal longevity and projection, always apply perfume to clean, thoroughly moisturised skin. Focus on applying the fragrance to your pulse points, such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears. Avoid rubbing the perfume in, as this can alter how the fragrance develops and reduce its staying power. For added projection, lightly mist your clothing from a distance (avoid doing so to delicate fabrics).

WHEN/HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Each order is carefully prepared and typically fulfilled within 3–10 business days, excluding preorder items.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS® Ground service. For added security, signature confirmation is available at an additional cost, and is complimentary on orders of $250 USD or more.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

As a small artisan fragrance house, we are unable to offer refunds on opened products and do not provide money-back guarantees. For this reason, we highly recommend experiencing our fragrances through sample sizes before purchasing a full-size bottle.
